The vines, planted between 1993 and 2013 across high-altitude terroirs ranging from 1,120 to 1,450 meters, express the freshness and precision of limestone soils. Limited production and a non-interventionist approach, aged exclusively in François Frères French oak barrels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOn the nose, notes of red fruits, spices, and a herbal character of thyme.
