Aging in French oak barrels (new to 8 years old), 100% malolactic fermentation, 10 months of maturation.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOn the nose, delicate and expressive aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, rose petals, and spices. On the palate, light-bodied, with fine tannins and a crisp acidity, notes of cherry, cola, and cranberry. Fresh and vibrant.
