Established in 1858 in the Santo Domingo Valley, 9 km from the Pacific, the current vineyards were planted in 2008. The estate practices organic and manual viticulture on mineral-rich limestone soils.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOn the nose, red fruits like strawberry and cherry, accompanied by earthy and mineral notes that evoke the marine terroir. On the palate, a fresh and lively attack, with a silky texture and fine tannins that bring a delicate elegance. It pairs well with duck with cherries or a wild mushroom and aged parmesan risotto. Serve between 10 and 12°C.
