Fermentation took place in concrete tanks with varying percentages of whole clusters (10 to 50%). The wine was then aged for 20 to 22 months in untoasted French oak foudres and concrete tanks. Alcohol 12.5%, pH 3.42, TA 6.0, residual sugar 1.8 g\/L. The Otronia estate, founded in 2008 in Sarmiento, Chubut, Argentina, was born in a region previously untouched by vineyards. Managed by winemaker Juan Pablo Murgia, it achieved immediate success from its very first harvest in 2017. The estate maintains an organic approach and adapts to the region's climate challenges. Otronia is now recognized as the flagship producer of Chubut, Patagonia.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOn the nose, a delicate and fresh profile of fresh red fruits, flowers, and subtle nuances of sweet spices. On the palate, supple and elegant, supported by a lively acidity, concluding with a long and harmonious finish with delicate mineral notes. It pairs well with fish in sauce or grilled (trout or salmon) and Portobello mushrooms.
