Blending 85% Carmenère and 15% Malbec, the grapes are hand-harvested, carefully sorted, then vinified in small stainless steel tanks after a 5-day cold pre-fermentation maceration. Aged in French oak and concrete eggs. Viu Manent is a family winery founded in 1935, recognised for its wines from the Colchagua Valley. The acquisition of its three Colchagua vineyards in 1960, including San Carlos de Cunaco, home to century-old Malbec vines, forged the estate's identity. Today led by the third generation, vegan-certified, Viu Manent has been ranked among the World's Best Vineyards for seven consecutive years.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the nose, pure and captivating, with aromas of exotic spices, green tea, violet, red and black fruits, with fine herbaceous notes.
