Vinified with indigenous yeasts, aged in demi-muids and stainless steel, then for 12 months in 600L French oak foudres and 8 months in 225L barrels. Bodega Noemia, located in the Río Negro Valley of Patagonia, was founded by Countess Noemi Marone Cinzano and winemaker Hans Vinding-Diers, with a first vintage in 2001. With the estate acquired in 2004, their methods respect nature: manual harvesting, meticulous sorting, and spontaneous fermentation.
