Founded in 2004 by Pascal Demko, the Holdvölgy estate spans 28 hectares spread across seven crus of Mád, in the heart of Tokaj. Renowned for its commitment to excellence, it offers a diverse range extending from vibrant dry wines to exceptional sweet wines, highlighting the richness of volcanic soils. The aging cellar dates back to the 14th century and is one of the longest in the region.
