Hand-harvested on February 11 with rigorous sorting, it is aged for 11 months in barrels with daily stirring of the lees (bâtonnage) to enhance texture and complexity. Established in 2002 in Limarí, on the edge of the Atacama Desert, Tabalí is a pioneer of viticulture in this valley. The estate crafts wines that span Chile from east to west within the same valley, from its high-altitude Roca Madre vineyard in the Andes to the coastal Talinay vineyards near the Pacific Ocean. The range is crafted by winemaker Felipe Muller and viticulturist Hector Rojas.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOn the nose, a pure and precise expression, marked by notes of fresh citrus, white-fleshed fruits, and a chalky mineral core.
