For this second edition, we are delighted to welcome back Valérie Henbest, the true "Cheese Queen" of Australia.
French by origin and based in Adelaide, Valérie has spent over 20 years selecting, maturing and bringing some of the finest artisan cheeses on a journey between France and Australia.
Alongside her, the Vinodelice team will present a carefully chosen wine selection to accompany each pairing — with a particular focus on French and Australian cuvées.
