History
At the heart of Roussillon, Château Les Pins is part of the heritage of Dom Brial, one of the most renowned cooperatives in the region. With its adjoining walled vineyard, the estate extends over 38.5 hectares, including 3.5 hectares dedicated to Muscats. This 2009 amber cuvée embodies the excellence of the estate: a rare Muscat, recognized by specialized guides and endowed with remarkable aging potential.
Vinification
Primarily made from Muscat of Alexandria and Muscat à Petits Grains, this naturally sweet wine is produced using the traditional method of mutage, which preserves the natural sweetness of the grapes. After pressing and a fermentation process interrupted by the addition of neutral wine alcohol, it undergoes oxidative aging that reveals its full complexity and aromatic intensity.
Tasting
Its amber color with golden highlights signals a beautiful maturity. The nose opens with aromas of orange peel, dried apricot, and cinchona. The palate, round and structured, charms with notes of honey and caramel, followed by an elegant persistence. This Muscat pairs perfectly with pan-seared foie gras, an apricot tart, or Roquefort, and can also be enjoyed as a meditation wine.

France
Bruno Cazes - Local Nose
A solar muscat, both gourmet and precise, unfolding notes of candied citrus and honey like a Mediterranean caress.
