Ranked among Wine Spectator’s Top 100 Wines of the World in 2022, it perfectly embodies the region’s pure, taut style.
On the nose, a rare complexity unfolds: flint, lemon zest, green tea, and sea herbs. The palate reveals beautifully controlled acidity, supporting a crystalline, textured, almost saline structure. The finish is long, with a subtle bitterness—a hallmark of great terroir-driven whites.
Serve this Margaret River Chardonnay well chilled. It’s ideal with briny seafood, grilled fish, aged cheese, or refined plant-based cuisine.
