The Vinification
Distilled according to the traditional low-proof method, this Armagnac has benefited from a long aging of over thirty years in Gascon oak barrels. The clay-limestone soil of Ténarèze provided the necessary structure to develop a round and powerful eau-de-vie (spirit). The Cask Strength (Brut de Fût) bottling captures the vintage's entire complexity, enhancing its aromatic notes.
