DESCRIPTION
Paso a Paso is a labour of love, created by Sebastian Bisole and Norberto Paez, two young friends specialised in oenology and agronomy. Their wines are produced using an artisanal and natural microvinification method, which allows them to ferment their grapes at a limited scale to focus on finding and enhancing the DNA of a specific terroir or a parcel. This process is a far cry away from the traditional Argentinian winemaking methods. The Orange Field Blend is made with two white grape varietals, Pedro Ximénez and Torrontés, and two red grape varietals, Bonarda and Pink Muscat. The raisins macerate for about 120 days and are then fermented for four months with skin contact. The bouquet is filled with orange and mandarin zest, peach and apricot, and a hint of tropical fruit. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied and polishes the tongue. This wine is unique and is ideally paired with seafood or a fresh salad.

The French grape Malbec has found its New World home in the vineyards of Mendoza, producing red wines of great concentration and intensity. While Malbec is without doubt the star of the region, you will also find many plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Syrah, Torrontés and Sauvignon Blanc.
