Brash Higgins' shiraz is a breath of earthy goodness. The bouquet is brooding and complex, with notes of black plum, blood orange, liquorice and nutmeg, and a twist of spicy paprika and chorizo. Well-balanced berry and spice notes are integrated with the vibrant tannins, creating a pleasingly long finish. This wine pairs wonderfully with butternut soup or any meat stew.
