Winemaking Fernlands is produced in a “New Generation” Winery in the heart of Marlborough. This winery uses temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and carefully select yeast strains chosen for their ability to capture the true essence of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
