History
In the heart of Roussillon, Château Les Pins (Dom Brial) carries on a winemaking tradition rooted for nearly a century. Recognized as one of the great ambassadors of the appellation, the estate produces rare vintages capable of very long aging.
Vinification
Crafted from Muscat à petits grains and Muscat of Alexandria, this naturally sweet wine is obtained through traditional fortification (mutage). Prolonged oxidative aging in barrels bestows it with a unique patina and remarkable complexity.
Tasting
Its yellow color with old-gold highlights signals an elegant maturity. The nose evokes refined notes of vermouth and sweet spices. The palate, round and expressive, unfolds aromas of candied orange, fig, and honey.

Bruno Cazes - Local Nose
