History
Founded in 1923 in Baixas, the Dom Brial winery has established itself as one of the great names of Roussillon. Their Amber Muscat de Rivesaltes hold a special place there, serving as true witnesses to the passage of time. The 1989 vintage illustrates this tradition with over three decades of patient, mastered aging.
Vinification
Crafted from Muscat à petits grains and Muscat of Alexandria, this naturally sweet wine is obtained through fortification (mutage). After pressing and slow fermentation, the wine underwent long oxidative aging in old oak vats (foudres), developing unique aromas and remarkable depth.
Tasting
Its luminous amber color with green highlights bears witness to its rare evolution. The nose reveals great complexity, ranging from dried fruits and quince to honey. The palate, full and elegant, opens with notes of citrus, lemon, and candied orange, supported by a surprising freshness.

France
Bruno Cazes - Local Nose
A luminous rarity: the freshness of citrus meets the richness of honey and dried fruits in an infinite finish.
