History
Founded in 1923 in Baixas, the Dom Brial cooperative winery has embodied the excellence of Roussillon’s naturally sweet wines for nearly a century. The 1995 vintage, a patient legacy of this expertise, was awarded a Grand Gold Medal at the Vinalies Internationales 2022, confirming its status as an exceptional wine.
Vinification
Made from Muscat of Alexandria and Muscat à petits grains, this naturally sweet wine is produced by liquid-phase fortification (mutage) to preserve the grapes' natural sweetness. After controlled maceration, it benefited from prolonged oxidative aging in old oak vats (foudres).
Tasting
The brilliant golden color with amber highlights signals the richness of this Muscat. The nose captivates with elegant notes of dried fruit and forest floor. On the palate, bitter and candied orange dominate, supported by a round texture and a fresh, delicately minty finish.

Bruno Cazes - Local Nose
A vibrant Muscat, defined by dried fruits and a minty finish, as fresh as it is timeless.
