DESCRIPTION
Picture Malbec, powerful, full-bodied, the backbone of Chile's great reds. Now picture it vinified as a rosé: directly pressed, fermented slowly in stainless steel, aged on fine lees for texture and balance. The result is unexpected, and quietly irresistible.
The San Carlos estate vines grow in the heart of Colchagua Valley on alluvial and clay-sandy soils, shaped by the Andes and the Pacific. The 2023 vintage brought concentration without sacrificing freshness, a difficult balance, perfectly achieved.
In the glass: citrus, white flowers, freshly cut strawberry. On the palate, a lively acidity gives immediate tension and length. The finish is clean with no heaviness whatsoever.

Nestled between the Andes and the Pacific Ocean, the Colchagua Valley is one of the most dynamic terroirs in Chile. Its warm climate, tempered by sea breezes, favours a slow, full ripening of the grapes, giving rich, elegant and structured wines.
The valley has built a strong international reputation thanks to iconic cuvées such as Clos Apalta (Casa Lapostolle), Folly (Montes) and Altura (Viña Casa Silva). These great names have shown the exceptional potential of the region, especially for red grapes such as Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Carménère.
Today, Colchagua wins over lovers of expressive, velvety wines as much as fans of bold wines built to age.
