DESCRIPTION
From one of Australia's best Riesling producers, this wine is mouthfilling and perfectly structured. Enticing aromas of orange and quince blossoms are complemented by herby notes of mint and thyme, followed by a rich palate of apple pie, cloves and lime. The crisp lingering finish is the perfect partner for oysters or prosciutto-wrapped asparagus.
