Tyrrell's is an award-winning Australian vineyard with a winemaking history that stretches back to 1864. The Vat 9 Shiraz is a flagship wine in the Tyrrell's cellar, sourced from the very best parcels on the estate with a minimum age of 50 years. The cool summer of this vintage allowed the grapes to develop wonderful flavour and a naturally high acidity. An opulent nose of dark fruit, baking spices and gentle notes of oak enhances the velvety, intense palate. The perfect balance of fruit, tannin, oak and acid - this is a Shiraz to remember. To be paired with lamb, game, quiche or a yummy steak.
