DESCRIPTION

We are on the northern side of the Etna in Sicily, a particularly gifted region for the production of red wines, but also whites. Think of Barolo, Bourgogne or Barbaresco in terms of greatness...but with its own identity. This wine has an intense aroma of yellow-peeled citrus fruit and a grassy undertone. The palate is full-bodied and intense, yet reveals an exceptional freshness. This wine pairs well with fish, white meats, cottage cheese and ripened cheese.

Frais et minéral, un vrai coup de cœur

C'est un vin agréable à boire, parfait pour accompagner des fruits de mer ou des plats légers. Un excellent choix pour découvrir les vins de l'Etna.

Un blanc de l'Etna à la superbe minéralité. Un nez avec des notes fumées et citronnées. Une bouche crayeuse sur la pêche et avec une légère amertume. J'ai beaucoup aimé !

I was immediately drawn to the fresh citrus and herbal aromas. On the palate, it’s full-bodied yet crisp, with that distinctive volcanic minerality that makes it special. Perfect with seafood or just on its own. Highly recommend!
