The DJ Malbec 2018 is the personal project of Diego Mastrantonio, paying tribute to his family's Italian winemaking heritage. Produced with the Galante family and oenologist Sebas Bisole, this wine comes from Los Chacayes (Uco Valley, Mendoza), at nearly 1300 meters above sea level.
Vinified in cement vats and then aged 12 months in French oak barrels (new and used), this Malbec combines elegance and fidelity to the terroir. Production is limited to 2400 bottles. Average rating: 90/100.
Intense and deep color. Vibrant nose and palate, with aromas of fresh red fruits (raspberry, cherry), plum, and wild berries. Supple and structured on the palate.
Ideal with grilled lamb, pork, or Italian dishes such as pizza and pasta.

Argentina
Mendoza is the largest wine-producing region in Argentina. Located on a high plateau on the edge of the Andes, the province is responsible for approximately 70% of the country's annual wine production. The French grape variety Malbec has its New World home in the vineyards of Mendoza, producing red wines of great concentration and intensity. While Malbec is undoubtedly the star of the region, there are also numerous plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Syrah, Torrontes and Sauvignon Blanc.
