Ten Minutes by Tractor 10X Pinot Noir 2022 is crafted by Ten Minutes by Tractor, an estate founded in 1997 on the Mornington Peninsula. A blend of three vineyards: Coolart Road 67%, Hunts Road 25%, and Capella 7%, aged for 10 months in oak barrels. Aging potential of 10 years and beyond. It features 13% alcohol, a pH of 3.54, and 5.8 g/L of total acidity. The nose reveals cherry blossom, rose petals, and exotic spices.

On the palate, balanced with velvety tannins, red and black cherry, spices, and notes of underbrush. Pairs with salmon fillet or mushroom risotto.
