DESCRIPTION
The history of Domaine Sainte Marie dates back to the 18th century. Several generations of winemakers have succeeded one another to enhance an exceptional terroir.
This Côtes de Provence rosé first seduces with its pale color with slightly golden reflections, signature of a delicate and sunny style. The nose opens with fruity aromas and subtle vegetal freshness, between crisp citrus and spring undergrowth.
The palate is pure and balanced, carried by a beautiful tension and a saline finish that extends the sensation of freshness. Notes of white flowers and citrus zest make it the ideal companion for semi-cooked tuna, ceviche, or summer salads.
A rosé of pleasure, elegant and thirst-quenching... perfect for a sunny aperitif or a light dinner with friends.
REGION
Provence
France
Provence, in the far southeast of
France, is an iconic wine region bathed in Mediterranean sun. Its warm, dry, bright climate, combined with a wide diversity of soils (schist, limestone, clay), makes it an ideal terroir for expressive, balanced wines.
The undisputed star of the region, rosé reigns supreme: fresh, fruity and delicate, it embodies the Provençal art of living. The Côtes de Provence appellation, the largest and best known in the region, covers a vast area that
stretches from the foothills of the Alps to the Var coast. It stands for elegant rosés with notes of citrus, white flowers and red fruit, loved for their freshness and finesse.
Provence also produces fleshy reds and subtle whites, still little known but well worth the attention of curious wine lovers.
