The Vinification
Distilled at a low proof according to the traditional method, this Bas Armagnac has aged extensively in Gascon oak barrels. Natural micro-oxygenation and prolonged contact with the wood have allowed for the development of deep aromas and a harmonious structure. The sandy-clay terroir, rich in iron oxides, imparts finesse, balance, and complexity to the eau-de-vie.

On the palate, the eau-de-vie is fine, powerful, and elegant. The finish, long and delicate, reveals nuances of undergrowth, confirming the refined character and balance of this exceptional vintage.

France
