Marisco The Ned Noble Sauvignon 2021 (375ml) is a sweet-style Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, a 2021 vintage marked by a warm and dry climate favoring optimal grape ripening. The berries harvested late, once botrytis naturally developed, concentrate sugars, acidity, and aromatic intensity. Vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit purity.
The nose offers brilliant aromas of white peach, candied grapefruit, and ginger. The palate is ample and smooth, with a generous sweetness balanced by a lively acidity and a persistent finish of candied citrus and beeswax. Pairing with passion fruit cheesecake or blue cheeses.
