Torbreck RunRig 2021 takes its name from the ancestral Scottish land-sharing system. This Shiraz (98%) is sourced from ancient, dry-grown vineyards, co-fermented with Viognier (2%). This alliance highlights the distinct characteristics of each plot. Aged for 30 months in French oak barrels (50% new). It features 15.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.60, and 6.38 g/L of total acidity. Aging potential of 30 years and beyond.

On the nose, luscious black fruits with subtle nuances of dark chocolate and spices. On the palate, a commanding body of pronounced intensity, a robust structure, and remarkable length. Ideal pairing with a roasted leg of lamb with herbs or a chocolate fondant.
