History

At the heart of Roussillon, Château Les Pins (Dom Brial) has been cultivating the art of Muscat for generations. The vines are planted on terraces of rolled pebbles and clay soils, expressing all the richness of the Mediterranean terroir.

Vinification

Made from Muscat à petits grains and Muscat of Alexandria, this vintage was vinified according to the traditional VDN method: direct pressing, fermentation at low temperature, then fortification. Aging in tanks and barrels has brought complexity and roundness.

Tasting

Its amber color with golden highlights is immediately captivating. The nose opens with aromas of honey, candied orange, and apricot. The palate, warm and elegantly balanced, reveals a gourmet finish of caramel.
