Made in China takes on a whole new meaning with Mulando. Fang Wang, a Chinese-born German businesswoman, decided to name her wine company after the famed warrior Mulan (yes, like the Disney movie). Similarly to this folklorish heroine, Fang Wang is a woman in a manâs world, doing what she can to carve her place in the Chinese and international wine market. The M365 red is an 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot blend, whereby the plum and blackberry stroll hand in hand through the oaky and herbaceous notes of the forest. This wine is generously full, with tannins that stroke the palate, up until the invigoratingly bitter finish. It would partner up quite nicely with guinea fowl or a vegetable couscous or stir fry.
