What in the world is Zibibbo? This ancient grape hails from the Muscat family and has a heck of a development potential. This wine's nose teases the senses with its notes of spices and stone fruit. The bouquet is complex, with aromas of apricot, elderflower, white pepper, graphite, ginger and cloves. It is soft yet dry, with sweet, earthy notes of tea, tangerine, lemon oil and cinnamon apple.
