Pioneers of biodynamic viticulture in New Zealand, they have crafted a unique vineyard with no immediate neighbors, where each plot is planted with distinct clones and rootstocks to achieve maximum aromatic complexity.

The Burn Cottage Vineyard Pinot Noir 2020 perfectly embodies this pursuit of excellence: an expressive nose of black cherry, violet, and soft spices, enhanced by hints of bramble and river stones. On the palate, its remarkable finesse reveals silky tannins and an elegant mineral finish. The balance between aromatic richness and freshness reflects the uniqueness of Central Otago’s continental climate: sunny days, cool nights, and very low rainfall.
