Founded in the heart of the Combe de Savoie, the Cave de Cruet brings together passionate winegrowers working on clay-limestone terroirs, exposed South and South-East. The "Sublime" cuvée is an ode to the king grape variety of Savoie, Altesse (or Roussette), which finds its favored ground here to express all its nobility and natural elegance.

The vinification of this cuvée is designed to preserve the aromatic purity of the fruit. The grapes are destemmed before a delicate pressing and cold settling. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperature (16°C) to capture varietal aromas, followed by tangential filtration which guarantees the wine's brightness and clarity without altering its richness.

Upon tasting, "Sublime" lives up to its name with a round and complex palate. It unveils indulgent notes of exotic fruits, lychee, and woodland flowers. The finish is persistent, supported by a beautiful freshness. This white wine will pair wonderfully with ravioles, fresh goat cheese, or pan-seared salmon.
