Set in the heart of Provence, Domaine d'Estoublon has been producing exquisite wines and olive oils since 1489. This ruby-hued red is powerful and elegantly concentrated. The tannins are filled with character, while the bouquet is brimming with notes of prune, crushed blackberry, chocolat, roasted cacao, soft spices and cedar. And that’s not all folks. This wine is the perfect pairing for a juicy steak, a duck breast in a green peppercorn sauce, or a slow-cooked lamb shoulder.
