Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is crafted by Kevin Judd from selected vineyards in the Southern Valleys and the Wairau Plains of Marlborough. Vinified in stainless steel tanks with aging on the lees until June, it reveals an impressive structure, vibrant freshness, and a floral elegance typical of the Greywacke style.
The nose reveals aromas of melon, orange blossom, and a subtle touch of fennel. The palate offers a lively and juicy attack, a generous and finely saline texture, highlighted by a herbaceous and floral finish. Aging potential of 3 to 5 years. Pairing with fresh goat cheese with herbs and fennel salad or sea bass ceviche with citrus.
