Un Blanc de Noirs Extra-Brut assemblant 80 % Pinot Noir et 20 % Meunier, issus de 10 crus répartis entre la Montagne de Reims, la Vallée de la Marne et la Côte des Bar, 100 % certifiés viticulture durable en Champagne (VDC).
Le nez, précis et éclatant, mêle abricot, amande fraîche, clémentine, framboise, miel et myrtille sur une trame minérale. La bouche, vive et tendue, retrouve les agrumes et l'amande, pour une finale minérale, souple et persistante. À servir entre 10 et 12°C, avec des fruits de mer, un poisson grillé ou en apéritif. Potentiel de garde jusqu'à 15 ans.
