History
Nearly 80 years of history are revealed in this exceptional vintage from Domaine Singla, heir to a lineage deeply rooted in Roussillon. Made from Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, and Macabeu, this natural sweet wine tells the story of the mutage technique invented in the 13th century by Arnau de Vilanova, preserving the grapes’ natural sweetness.
Vinification
After direct pressing and mutage on the must, this Rivesaltes underwent extraordinary aging: more than forty years in oak casks, followed by patient refinement in glass demijohns. This long rest gives it unparalleled aromatic depth and nobility.
Tasting Notes
Its amber robe with old-gold highlights reveals a captivating bouquet of roasted coffee, dried fruits, and noble rancio. On the palate, the wine is full, balanced, and silky, with a finish of timeless length. A contemplative wine to enjoy with seared foie gras, chocolate desserts, or on its own as a digestif—a true collector’s piece for enthusiasts and connoisseurs.

France
