This magnum of Roseblood Rosé embodies the freshness and elegance of Château d’Estoublon. From clay-limestone soils in the Provençal hinterland, this gastronomic rosé blends 50% Grenache, 45% Cinsault, and a touch of Tibouren for depth.
Its pale, rosewater-colored robe reveals a delicate nose with hints of peony, fresh apricot, and mild spices. The palate is lively and precise, carried by lovely freshness and subtle minerality.
Aged in stainless steel and concrete vats, it’s equally enjoyable as an aperitif or at the table with burrata, carpaccio, or Provençal dishes. A great cuvée to share, signed Roseblood d’Estoublon.
