DESCRIPTION
This wine is a collaboration between Viñas en Flor and Patricio Dupont to highlight the fruity character achieved by the Torrontés and Malbec varietals in the Cafayate Valley. The colour is pale yellow-green. Tasting reveals fruity aromas (peach, grapes) and white flowers. The vines enjoy very dry conditions and a wide temperature range between day and night, which allows the Torrontés to develop its best organoleptic qualities.

Cafayate is a wine region in northwestern Argentina, located in the Calchaqui Valley - one of the highest places in the world suitable for viticulture. The Calchaqui Valley surrounds Cafayate and has some of the most spectacular scenery in Argentina, changing quickly and dramatically from desert to mountains and subtropical climate. The terroir is particularly suited to the Torrontes Riojana grape, but wines made from Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon are also produced here.
