DESCRIPTION
Ten Minutes by Tractor began in 1997 with three family-owned vineyards on the Mornington Peninsula, which were all ten minutes apart (by tractor!). They strive to share their love of wine and food with others through their delicious bottles and on-site restaurant. The 2021 10X Chardonnay is lively and undisputably fresh, shaped by the acidity from the underlying notes of citrus and grapefruit. Obviously Chablis-inspired, the oak takes a backseat in this wine while still remaining influential on the palate. Perfect with seafood and salads.
