Made from 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Meunier, this exceptional brut is built on 50% reserve wines - a rarity at this price point. The result: impressive aromatic complexity and a texture worthy of a haute couture champagne house.
On the nose, warm brioche fresh from the oven, ripe stone fruits (mango, mirabelle plum, apricot), and a touch of toasted almond. On the palate, the balance is masterful: fine bubbles, a creamy structure, and a delicately vanilla and praline finish, highlighted by a hint of nougatine-like crunch.
A gastronomic and pleasure-driven champagne, perfect to pair with seafood, truffled poultry or a refined aperitif.
