Casarena Naoki's Vineyard Malbec 2022 comes from the Naoki vineyard in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, on clay soils at an altitude of 950 meters. Hand-harvested, it is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Casarena, founded in 2008, vinifies each parcel separately to reveal the unique mineral character of this site. This flagship Malbec of the Agrelo terroir impresses with its rich palette of black fruits and its floral touch.
Notes of plum and spices are enriched by a characteristic mineral touch. The palate reveals a beautiful freshness and silky tannins, offering an elegant and balanced structure. A perfect pairing with a rib of beef or a roasted lamb with rosemary. Aging potential of 10 years and more.
