DESCRIPTION
Chambers Rosewood Rutherglen Muscat (375ml) is a fortified wine from Rutherglen crafted by Chambers Rosewood. Made from Muscat à Petits Grains harvested at very high maturity, partially fermented, and then fortified with neutral grape spirit. Aged in a solera of old barrels. It features 17.5% ABV and 232 g/L residual sugar. Aging potential of 15-20 years.
On the nose, rose petals, raisins, candied fruits. On the palate, rich, enveloping, candied rose, with a zesty finish. Ideal pairing with Roquefort and fresh walnuts, or tarte Tatin.
