Greywacke Riesling 2021 bears the signature of Kevin Judd in New Zealand. This Riesling stands out for its silky texture and refined complexity, boasting a perfect balance between light sweetness and lively acidity. Vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve its aromatic purity, it combines a seductive minerality with floral elegance.
The nose reveals floral aromas, white fruits, honey, and melon, enriched by aniseed notes. The palate is silky and juicy, driven by a vibrant acidity and a remarkable minerality. The residual sugar ($18.6 g/L for the 2021 or $19g/L for the 2022) provides excellent balance. Aging potential of 10 years and more. Pairing with pan-seared foie gras or fish tacos with mango salsa.
