Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc Magnum (1.5L) is the large-format version of Kevin Judd's iconic cuvée, crafted from selected vineyards in the Southern Valleys and Wairau Plains of Marlborough. The Magnum format promotes a slower, more harmonious evolution, preserving the freshness and floral aromas characteristic of the Greywacke style.
The nose reveals aromas of melon, orange blossom, and a subtle touch of fennel. The palate is lively and juicy, endowed with a generous and finely saline texture with a floral and herbaceous finish. Ideal for a shared meal around a sea bass ceviche or a seafood platter.
