Greywacke Wild Sauvignon Magnum 2020 (1.5L) is the large-format version of Kevin Judd's emblematic cuvée, fermented with indigenous yeasts in seasoned French barrels. The Magnum format has fostered a slow and harmonious evolution for this 2020 vintage, revealing heightened complexity and a remarkable texture.
The nose expresses evolving aromas of ripe melon, candied citrus, and nutty notes derived from the oak aging. The palate is ample, creamy, and mineral with a beautiful saline length. This Magnum is ideal for a prestige tasting or further cellaring.
