On the nose, it charms with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberries, violets and rose hips, enhanced by a note of licorice. The palate, vibrant with lovely roundness, unveils a fleshy character with remarkable silky tannins.
Aged 8 months in French barrels (14% new), it combines purity and depth. A wine of character to serve with grilled salmon with herbs or wild mushroom risotto. Its aging potential of 5 years promises graceful evolution.
