Coming from the Domaine Château d'Estoublon, an estate nestled in the heart of Provence, leaning against the southern slope of the limestone-rich Alpilles, this wine is a blend composed of 33% white Grenache, 33% Marsanne and 33% Roussane. A product of organic farming, it was aged for 7 months in barrels as well as ovoid vats. On the nose, this wine expresses freshness and aromatic intensity of white flowers, citrus fruits and aniseed notes. On the palate, we find mineral notes, white flowers and a slightly spicy finish. It will perfectly complement white meats, fish or shellfish.
