This 2021 Chardonnay from Mornington Peninsula is a beautiful expression of restraint and elegance—white peach, lemon zest, and cashew tones glide over a fine acid spine. Subtle oak gives texture without overpowering the fruit.

This Chardonnay really impressed me. It has that creamy texture I love, but still finishes crisp and clean. Peach, almond, and a bit of spice come through on the palate. Great with roasted chicken. Subtle oak, but not too much—just right.
