DESCRIPTION
The Contours Museum Release Riesling is grown on Pewsey Vale's coolest slope, giving this Riesling a natural acidity and freshness. Typical South Australian Riesling aromas of lemon zest, crunchy green apple and white florals appear on the bouquet, while the five years of ageing have enabled the palate to develop notes of lemongrass, clove and toasted bread. Tense, powerful and fresh, this bottle has great length and depth - one to drink now or keep in the cellar for a few more years to really develop the richness and complexity.
